Whatever your goals, I will work around your wedding plans, helping you to get into the best shape physically and also mentally so you look and feel great. Sessions can include cardio, core and resistance training to help you to get in shape in the most time efficient way.
Exercise is an incredible way to de-stress and just setting aside a few hours each week to focus on your health and fitness will pay off on the big day, on your honeymoon and beyond. If you don’t want to train alone, I can train brides and grooms together, brides and their mums or group sessions.
Your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion where all eyes are on you, so we’ll work hard together to make sure you feel confident and your very best.
